Apologises for the delay in celebrating this moment, however we have been introducing cohort 4 to our community and encouraging them to share their ideas and views for their residential. 

We have had two sessions and here is the young people working together on how to make one another feel safe while away.

Celebrating two huge achievements!

NHP is celebrating two huge achievements: 600 care-experienced young people have now moved into homes of their own as part of the growing House Project community which is now made up of over 1000 young people. This achievement is about so much more than just numbers, it demonstrates a growing community of young people leaving care, living connected and fulfilling lives through developing friendships and community, and really showcases the significant difference meaningful relationships can make.
